- 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
- 2 limes, juiced (about 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice)
- 2 cups chilled non-alcoholic ginger beer (I used one 16.9 ounce container)
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the pineapple and lime juice and stir well.
- Then, pour in the ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
- Divide the ice cubes between 4 glasses. Pour the ginger beer and juice mixture over the ice cubes and serve immediately.
Notes
- This recipe can easily be doubled for more servings.
- If you want to make this recipe ahead of time for a party or gathering, wait until just before serving to add the ginger beer. This will help preserve the carbonation.
